Jurisdictional Restrictions and Prohibited Territories
General provisions
This document establishes the list of jurisdictions whose residents are not allowed to enter into a User Agreement with XPBEE Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company).
By entering into a relationship with the Company, the User assures that neither they nor their ultimate beneficiary is a resident of any jurisdiction listed in this document.
If the User or their ultimate beneficiary becomes a resident of any jurisdiction listed in this document after entering into a User Agreement with the Company, the User must immediately notify the Company of this fact. In such a case, the User Agreement will be subject to termination.
The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend, including adding to, the list of jurisdictions mentioned in this document.

Afghanistan; Belize; Burundi; Central African Republic; Chad; Ivory Coast; Cuba; Democratic Republic of Congo; Eritrea; Ethiopia; Guinea; Haiti; Iran; Iraq; Republic of Kosovo; Liberia; Libya; Myanmar; North Korea; Somalia; Sudan; Syria; Uganda; United States; United States Minor Outlying Islands; Yemen; Zimbabwe; Puerto Rico; United States Virgin Islands.
