The Client must take into account the risk of financial losses caused by malfunctions in information, communication, electronic, and other systems.
The Client fully assumes the risk of financial losses that may be caused by (including but not limited to):
- equipment failure, software malfunctions, and/or interruptions in internet connectivity;
- incorrect configuration of the required software by the Client;
- delays in software updates.
The Company recommends that the Client take necessary actions independently to ensure antivirus protection of their device and take other measures to prevent unauthorized access by third parties to the Client's funds and data.
The Company is not responsible for any technical malfunctions on the Client's side, including interruptions in internet connectivity.
By agreeing to the Company's User Agreement, the Client confirms their understanding of the risks associated with entering into, executing, and terminating obligations under this agreement and fully assumes these risks.
